Curated and Customizable Compound Libraries for HTS

Our HTS platform includes a curated diversity library of more than 300,000 small molecules selected to provide broad scaffold coverage and drug-like physicochemical properties. Compounds can be screened as a complete collection, selected through cherry-picking, or combined with focused, commercial, or client-provided libraries according to the target and screening strategy.

Focused libraries can also be designed or customized around specific target classes, mechanisms, or project requirements.

Case Study: Target Protein Degradation Hit Finding

We conducted a high-throughput screening campaign evaluating approximately 300k compounds using a target protein degradation HCS assay. The study demonstrates the application of automated high-content screening to large-scale degrader hit identification while maintaining assay performance across the screening campaign.
